Spectrum Voice Technologies, Inc. has been providing Web
Based software solutions to the Home Care Industry since
the years, Spectrum’s primary objectives have been to
meet or exceed customer expectations, and provide world
class customer service.
Fred Rood, President
Fred Rood founded Spectrum Voice Technologies, Inc. in
January of 1987. During the first 14 years of operation,
Spectrum pioneered automated call processing, voice
messaging, and Interactive voice response (IVR)
technology for the health care industry.
In year 2000, Fred elected to utilize Spectrum’s
experience to move forward with Web Based application
software for the Home Care industry. Spectrum TeleTrack
now services customers in all 50 states. TeleTrack
offers web based Scheduling, Telephony Tracking, and
QuickBooks integration for both billing and payroll.
Chris Callahan, Vice
President – Sales
Most existing web based scheduling systems are very
complicated, and often create more frustration than
solution. To avoid this problem, Fred hired Home Care
industry expert Chris Callahan to assist with the
TeleTrack Scheduling System design.
Prior to joining Spectrum, Chris owned and operated
(7) Comfort Keepers franchises in the greater Chicago
area. Chris was among Comfort Keepers most successful
owners, and was noted for his ability to deploy
technology in his business.
Chris Callahan’s experience has allowed Spectrum to
develop the first Home Care Scheduling System that is
truly designed from the owner’s point of view. The
result is a System that trains in hours instead of
weeks, and in turn allows you to focus on the aspects of
your business that generate bottom line dollars.
