Meet Fred, the brilliant mind behind Spectrum TeleTrack. After founding Spectrum TeleTrack in 1987, Fred pioneered automated call processing, voice messaging and custom interactive voice response technology for the healthcare industry. With a knack for innovation and a genius-level intellect, Fred has been revolutionizing healthcare communication for decades, making complex technology solutions look like child’s play.
While Spectrum TeleTrack is frequently adding new features, Fred’s primary objective remains to keep the system simple to use. This is accomplished by enabling customers to recommend additional features as needed, addressing issues and enhancing their profitability.
Fred consistently drives innovation, generating new ideas to bring into fruition. His clever humor keeps everyone laughing.
Spectrum TeleTrack now services customers in all 50 states as well as Canada. The emphasis moving forward is to allow Agencies to virtualize their businesses through mobile apps that are the market leader in functionality and ease of use.
Chris Callahan has over 20 years of experience in the Home Care industry. Prior to joining Spectrum TeleTrack, Chris owned and operated seven Home Care franchises in the greater Chicago area for nine years. Chris was among the most successful franchise owners and was known for his ability to deploy technology in his business. In fact, Chris was one of TeleTrack’s first customers!
Fred asked Chris to join Spectrum in 2009, in order to provide the expertise required to take Spectrum TeleTrack to the next level. Chris Callahan’s experience has allowed Spectrum to develop a Home Care Scheduling System that is truly designed from the owner’s point of view. Chris has extensive knowledge in Quickbooks, invoicing and payroll. That knowledge has allowed Spectrum to develop end-to-end-back office applications that are truly unique in the industry.
In the rare moments Chris isn’t working on something new and exciting for Spectrum TeleTrack, you’ll find him spending time with his big family, including watching his daughter dance competitively, attending Cubs games as a season ticket holder and spending time with his grandchildren.
Chris’ availability to our customers has been key to the growth of Spectrum TeleTrack. His ability to connect with everyone through humor and relate-ability is priceless. Chris’ main goal is to make the experience of using Home Care software as easy as possible by carefully listening to our customer’s wants and needs and bringing them to reality.

Shawn is a seasoned programmer, born and raised in Michigan. Before transitioning into tech, he worked in construction and carpentry, developing a strong hands-on skill set. Shawn studied Electrical Engineering at DeVry University, which laid the foundation for a career in telecommunications and software development.
After working as a technician and service manager for a major cellular phone company, Shawn joined Spectrum Voice Technologies in 1996. Since 2004, he has been instrumental in developing TeleTrack, bringing years of expertise to the platform. Now residing in California, Shawn continues to drive innovation in the field.
With over 15 years of experience in the Home Care industry, Abby brings invaluable expertise to our Spectrum TeleTrack team. Before joining Spectrum TeleTrack in 2020, she gained firsthand knowledge of the interests and concerns of Home Care companies while serving as the Director of Meetings and Education at the Missouri Alliance for Home Care.
Outside of work, Abby cherishes time with her husband and two wonderful kids. Together with her husband, she owns a Crossfit gym, where she is Crossfit and Weightlifting Certified. She is currently studying to become a yoga instructor. To Abby, fitness is life!
Amber joined Spectrum TeleTrack in 2025. She has been in the healthcare field since 2011, starting her career as a CNA. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management and spent four years as a scheduler for a home care agency, gaining valuable experience in patient coordination. She later earned her masters in Clinical Nutrition, combining her passion for healthcare with a dedication to healthy living. Fun fact: Amber is also a US Army veteran.
In her spare time, Amber enjoys cooking nutritious meals and helping others lead healthier lifestyles. Outside of work, she stays busy with her four beautiful children, who keep her on her toes and bring joy to her life.
After running a Home Care agency in Ohio for six years, Christine has extensive knowledge of the Home Care industry and expertise in using TeleTrack. She joined Spectrum Teletrack in 2017 and is very proficient in QuickBooks and technical communications. Christine has a knack to quickly find and resolve issues and is a document wizard.
Christine brings a diverse perspective to her work and personal life, having lived in two countries and seven different states. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and exploring wine and food along the way. She is also an avid gamer, reader and crocheter.
Dawn joined Spectrum Teletrack in 2023, after owning and operating a successful Home Care agency in Scottsdale, Arizona for 11 years. Prior to that she participated in a political social media startup, spent four years in administration of a major pharmaceutical company, and gained several years of IT experience with a home builder. Dawn has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is well-versed in using TeleTrack, understanding the unique needs and wants of home care owners.
Outside of work, Dawn keeps very busy with her family of five humans, two dogs and two cats. She enjoys attending live concerts, spending time at the beach and her new-found love of pickleball. Dawn is passionate about startups and innovation and has a strong focus on enhancing customer experiences. Her goal is to be sure everyone using Spectrum TeleTrack has a successful and positive experience.
Denise joined Spectrum TeleTrack in 2019, after managing a Home Care agency for four years in the great state of Indiana. Her Home Care experience, coupled with a decade in healthcare HR/management, has given Denise a deep understanding of the industry. Her expertise and knowledge of TeleTrack, Quickbooks, and Waystar, and her exceptional communication skills, ensure our customers an efficient and effective experience.
Denise holds an Associates Degree in IT, enhancing her technical proficiency. Outside of her professional life, Denise is a proud parent of two wonderful children and enjoys her side hustle of photography.
Fred and Chris spend a great deal of time these days developing staff and positioning the business for continued growth. Although they are easy to reach, Spectrum has a very capable team to work with you on a day to day basis. Spectrum’s entire staff comes from the Home Care industry. We believe in bringing people in that can hit the ground running, and often bring new ideas and concepts that evolve the product even further.
